Hours and appointments
Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 7 PM, Pacific time. Closed Sundays. Choose Morning (8–11 AM), Midday (12–3 PM), or Evening (4–7 PM). These are preferred service windows. We confirm timing after reviewing your vehicle and location.
Payment
Payment is due in person after your detail. No upfront deposit is required. Submit a booking request and we will contact you to confirm the appointment and payment arrangements.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Call or text 425-318-5389 at least 24 hours before your confirmed service window to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, you may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed appointments carry a $50 fee in total. The fee is collected separately; the website does not automatically charge a payment method.
Weather and business cancellations
If unsafe weather or a business scheduling issue prevents service, we will offer a new date or cancel your request. No cancellation fee applies.
Pricing and vehicle condition
All displayed prices and estimates exclude applicable sales tax. Size, condition and selected add-ons affect the estimate. We review the vehicle before work begins and obtain your approval for changes to the scope or price. Stain and odor results depend on the material and condition.
Arrival and access
Please remove valuables and personal belongings before service and provide safe access to your vehicle. For mobile appointments, we confirm parking and any water or power needs with you beforehand.
Loyalty reward
Earn one stamp per completed paid detail. After five stamps, redeem your card for one Basic Exterior, Basic Interior or Full Basic package plus two different add-ons of your choice. Standard and deep pet hair removal count as one choice. Present the completed card when arranging your reward appointment. Size and condition charges may still apply and will be confirmed in advance. No booking deposit is required for the reward appointment. The cancellation policy applies.
First-visit offer
New customers receive a one-time 25% discount on the base package price before tax. Vehicle size and condition adjustments and add-ons are charged separately. Show your offer card when booking. Offers cannot be combined with a free loyalty reward.
Privacy
We use your name, phone number, vehicle details, service address and uploaded photo to handle your request and provide your service. Photos are optional and are not published in our gallery without permission. Booking records are stored with our website hosting provider and are accessible through our protected owner dashboard. If email notifications or payment checkout are connected, the relevant information is shared with those providers to deliver that service. Contact 425-318-5389 to request a correction or deletion of your booking data, subject to records needed for outstanding service or accounting obligations.
